Vector Pipeline began serving markets across the Midwest and eastern Canada in 2000.  It transports natural gas from southwest of Chicago, Illinois, to Indiana, Michigan and into Ontario, Canada and is a vital link between storage fields in Michigan / Dawn to markets across the Midwest, eastern Canada and the Northeast.   With the long-term contractual arrangements with the new NEXUS and Rover pipelines, Vector is becoming a market area outlet for Marcellus and Utica gas to vibrant markets, including Chicago, Detroit and Toronto.  Vector is a joint venture between Enbridge and DTE Energy. For more information, please visit

The 348-mile Vector Pipeline transports 1.3 billion cubic feet of natural gas per day across Illinois, Indiana, Michigan and Ontario, Canada.
